The Ultimate Tech Gift Guide for Father’s Day

The Ultimate Tech Gift Guide for Father’s Day

The motto this Father’s Day should be “Tech not Ties.” Those trite Father’s Day gifts like neckties and a calendar with photos are nice, but they’re not going to impress the men in your lives.

The new technology on the market now is geared toward men with an active lifestyle. I was thinking about this recently in Miami as I had the opportunity to see the new collection of battery-operated outdoor power products from Husqvarna. Dad will absolutely love the long-lasting battery powered products like Husqvarna’s Automower, Chainsaw, Leaf Blower, ergonomic designed Trimmer and Pole Saw.

Not only are these power products quieter, but they are better for the environment too (not to mention there’s no more paying for gasoline when you can just charge up the battery, which works on the entire line of products). It’s no wonder that Landscape & Irrigation has included the Husqvarna 536LiLX trimmer in their Twenty for 2017 New Product Awards. Now, here are some other top notch products that Dad, Grandpa, your Husband or any other men in your life will love this Father’s Day.

Char-Broil Smartchef Gas Grill – This 3-burner liquid propane grill is unlike any other grill you’ve ever had on your deck or patio. Using your home Wi-Fi connection and a smart device, you’ll get real-time notifications about the food on the BBQ. Available at $799.99

Huawei’s second version of the smartwatch features a chronograph double-crown design, a highly-integrated antenna and a ceramic bezel that helps better dissipate heat. This smartwatch is lighter than most on the market, plus it’s scratch resistant and six-times harder than stainless steel. Comes in two designs: standard (Carbon Black or Concrete Grey) and classic, which comes in Titanium Grey.

I’ve never been a fan of interior surveillance cameras, but when we were out of town and had some contractors in the house doing remodeling, this was the simple solution to keep an eye on things. With its 1080p Full HD streaming and recording, the quality of the video is stellar. $229
